Delete your PurjiLagao patient account

You can delete your patient account directly from the PurjiLagao mobile app:

• Open the app → Profile → Delete Account → confirm deletion.

After you confirm deletion, we remove access to your account and delete or anonymize personal profile information linked to your account.

• Phone number and login identifiers
• Name and profile details
• Notification device tokens (to stop push notifications)

Some appointment records may be retained to support clinic operations, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Where retained, we work to minimize or anonymize personal identifiers.
